To ensure our products and installations are maintained in optimum working order and continue to meet your security needs, Powerworks has a choice of Service & Maintenance Contracts dependent on the level of cover and response time to site you require.
Our service team provide support for UPS systems, generators, air-conditioning units, water leak detection and gas fire suppression systems – in fact anything we’ve installed related to your IT infrastructure.
As well as routine maintenance, we operate a 24 hour helpdesk, and our engineers will attend site to rectify any problems 7 days a week, 365 days per year. We are also able to enhance our service by remotely monitoring any alarm conditions in real time using our ‘Livecall’ service. Ask our service team for details.
